This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use the ivi Creative Agency website or contact us about a project.

If you submit a project inquiry or contact us by email, you may provide information such as your name, email address, project details and other information you choose to include.

We use this information to review your inquiry, communicate with you and discuss the requested work.

The website includes a project-inquiry workflow. Draft answers are held temporarily in the open page. Closing and reopening the dialog on that page preserves them; they are not saved as a persistent browser draft.

Choosing to send submits the details to the website’s server for validation. Direct email delivery is not currently configured, and the endpoint does not save inquiries to an application database. A delivery-unavailable message is shown instead of a success confirmation.

You can prepare an email in your own email application or copy the request and send it yourself. Opening the prepared email or copying the request does not send it. Information you send by email is handled through the email services involved.

Hosting and network providers may process technical information necessary to serve and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request information, device or browser information and security-related logs.

The current website application does not include non-essential analytics or advertising cookies or tracking scripts. It does not use local storage or session storage to save inquiry drafts or language preferences. Language selection is reflected in the page URL.

Copying an inquiry places its contents on your device’s clipboard at your request. Hosting infrastructure and browser software may have their own technical behavior; this statement is not a guarantee that no cookies or logs can exist.

The website project uses Vercel for hosting. Infrastructure providers may process technical information to deliver and protect the site.

External project links take you to separate websites with their own practices. The agency website does not embed those products. Email applications and email services process messages that you choose to send through them.

Information may be used to:

  • review and respond to inquiries
  • communicate about a potential or active project
  • maintain and secure the website
  • investigate technical or security problems
  • meet applicable legal obligations where required

The current website has no feature for selling personal information or sharing it for advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that support website operation or project communication, or disclosed when required by law.

Information should be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, business recordkeeping, dispute handling, security or applicable legal obligations. Retention can depend on the type of record and the services involved; no fixed deletion period is promised here.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures may be used to protect information. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

The website and agency services are not specifically directed to children.

You may contact us about personal information you have submitted directly to us. Requests can be reviewed through email; the website does not provide an automated privacy-request or deletion portal.

This policy may be updated as the website, services or legal requirements change.
